Shipping & Delivery

What is the estimated delivery time of my order?

At Amber we strive to ship all orders within 10 working days. If this cannot be achieved, we will probably send you a message. After we have delivered the package to the parcel service, we depend on their delivery speed. Orders to Dutch addresses will probably be received the day after shipment. For orders within Europe this will probably be 3-7 working days and orders outside Europe around 14 days.

When will you ship my order?

If you place your order on Monday through Saturday before 5 PM our time (CET in winter, CEST in summer), we will ship your order the same day. If you place your order after 5 PM we will ship the next day. If you ship your order on a Saturday after 5 PM, or on Sunday, we will ship your order on Monday.

Which delivery services do you use?

Amber uses various parcel services to ensure that the package is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be charged at checkout. It differs per country how high the shipping costs will be. For packages within the Netherlands, the costs will be €6.75.

Will I have to pay import taxes or duty fees for my order?

If you are in a country within the EU, there will be no import taxes or duty fees for your order. If you are in a non-EU country, the answer to this question will depend on the laws on importing goods in your country. As it is impossible for us to list the import laws and regulations for all countries, we expect that our customers are aware of the situation in their own country. For more information, please refer to your countries customs or other relevant authorities.

Can I also track the package?

Yes, when we ship the package you will receive a Track & Trace code from us. As long as you can track the shipment of the package, you know when you can receive the orthosis!

I have received the package, but items are missing, or I have received different items. What should I do?
